We want you to love what you receive. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

• Unopened/unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
• Opened skincare products (body butters, oils, creams) are final sale due to the nature of personal care items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Jewelry and altar decor may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at thewitchywoman71@brambleandbroom.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
